Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ICCLUB does not provide refunds for returned items purchased with a discount. Items purchased with any form of discount (discount codes/sales/combo deals, etc.) can only be returned and exchanged for another product or a store credit.

Is returning free?
Unfortunately, no. The costs of returning items are not reimbursed by ICCLUB.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, the return form must be fully completed; otherwise, we cannot process the return.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

1-Day Delivery:
While we strive for next-day delivery, in the rare event that your order does not arrive within 1 business day, we may provide a voucher in certain cases. The same applies if your item does not arrive in time for a special occasion or event.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be communicated to us via email (info@icclubclothing.com) within 2 hours of placing your order. This is because we process all packages immediately, which incurs costs.

If you wish to cancel an item but fail to notify us within 2 hours, we may only provide a voucher equivalent to your purchase amount.
